You can cancel your order online within 1 day and once the cancellation is approved, we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you.
An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. Since we deal in high fashion wear, there is no refund policy once the article is delivered to the customer. For any special cases, you can always raise your concern using contact us link. Company’s decision will be final in that case
Return Policy
We do allow returns in case of fitting issues and manufacturing defects (coupon of the amount will be given for next shopping).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bymyracosmetics@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
